If you don't receive an email please check you Spam folder as sometimes it can make it's way there!
Please be aware that if there is a problem with your order we may have to call or text you.

We Only Deliver to UK Postcode Addresses
PLEASE NOTE: We do deliver to Northern Ireland, Remote Areas & Scottish Islands at the same pricing and terms and conditions as UK mainland. However, deliveries may take 1-2 working days longer than UK mainland.
If you choose to upgrade to Special Delivery at checkout, delivery will take approximately 48 – 72 hours
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man or BFPO addresses.

All Delivery Options are Dispatched by Royal Mail 1st Class Post, 1st Class Signed For, Special Delivery and Couriers, however please be aware that during any Post Office industrial disputes or busy times as Christmas for example we may use alternative methods / couriers to ensure your order reaches you with the minimum of delay.

We will gladly and promptly refund the total cost and postage for any item that you return to us for any reason whatsoever, provided it is returned in the same condition that is was received.
You can return unwanted goods within 14 calendar days of delivery and we will refund you the price paid for the goods plus the original delivery cost you paid.
Items must be in original packaging (ie Presentation box or Branded bag etc) and un used.
We use Royal Mail and Couriers such as Evri, DPD. You will find details and how to use their services via www.parcel2go.com
