Sue 13/12/24 (Verified Online Customer) I live in France and I regularly visit the Present Company’s website to buy presents for my family who live in Broadstairs. They are always beautifully wrapped and if something is not in stock Teresa will call me and let me know . My sister usually collects the gifts but when she was unwell I took advantage of the free delivery. I have never visited the shop in person but I would be very surprised if they were rude as one review has stated. I would highly recommend and i feel it’s important to support independant businesses when you can.

Yesterday when I collected the present, it was beautifully wrapped and it was lovely to see Teresa and have a good chat.
I’m so glad Tracey introduced me to you and I knew yours was the place I needed to go to get something nice for a close and dear friend who has just come out the other side of treatment for cancer.
I admire you both for keeping the business going in this tough climate. I will have no hesitation in coming back to you for the next gift that I need to search for. I like your style.
